Description:Many stemmed perennial herb, to 75 cm tall, corolla pale blue; common. With Juniperus, Yucca, Quercus similis, Philadlephus hirsutus, Rhus aromatica, Clematis glaucophylla, Penstemon tenuiflorus, Hypericum, Smilax, Ulmus alata, Celtis, Amorpha fruticosa, 
Habitat:Southeast facing limestone outcrop at stream level, open scrub
